Dear Dr. Stoller,

I had already been bald for a decade when we first met in 1993, and never dreamed I would have hair again. 

In 2003, when I heard you were going to utilize your many years of cosmetic surgery experience to perform hair folicle transplants for balding men and women, I immediately thought about all the guys I remembered seeing in the 90's, with patchy plugs that looked fake and downright ludicrous.

I am in a very demanding profession where I have to meet and influence new business people daily, and I need to be taken seriously.  I did not expect that any hair restoration method would be able to bring back my truly natural looking hairline and hair density.  I also did not think it was worth the risk of even having this minor and virtually pain free surgery to solve a cosmetic issue.

I decided to give it a try, however, figuring that the worst that could happen was that I would have to shave my head again if the procedure somehow failed.

After you transplanted the first 2000 folicles from the thick hairy back of my head, to the front of my totally bald dome in August 2003,  I was truly amazed at how smooth and fast the process had been, taking only 8 hours while I relaxed in your office chair.

I was quickly able to go right back to my normal everyday activities, and I even attended a Bruce Springsteen concert the next day!  My initial concerns about possibly having to wear a hat for months were proven completely wrong as well. In less than a week the scabs were gone and there was nothing to hide.

In just 3-4 months people who had not seen me since the procedure, were telling me I looked 10 years younger.

Needlesss to say, I felt like a new man, and my once sagging ego was again growing larger by the day. I went back to your Stoller Hair Restoration Center for my second treatment for the remaining bald areas in January of 2004 with an inch new hair growth on my head,  and now it is just a matter of time until I never have to hear the bald jokes again.
